Over the past few weeks, I interviewed four female chairmen of the day. About their work. And about how their womanhood affects it. We don't always think about it, but meetings can be experienced quite differently when they are led by a man or a woman. Why? Four women speaking :

Hadassah de Boer: Hadassah is well known from radio and television and is particularly active in the cultural sector as a chairman of the day.
Esther van Rijswijk: Esther wrote as a columnist for HP De Tijd and Elsevier, among others. She worked both as an RTL correspondent in London and presented programmes for RTL Z. Esther is particularly active in the financial sector.
Lisa Peters: Lisa studied psychology and research methodologies. She worked as a researcher for a long time and now coaches meetings in the scientific corner in particular.
Inge Diepman: Inge is well known from television and presented programmes such as Herexamen and B&W for VARA. In recent years, Inge has been particularly active in the medical sector, serving as day chair at numerous medical conferences.
