Keeping your event on track
Whether you organise events throughout the year or never, Robert likes to think along with you! You notice this already in the preliminary phase. His critical questions help translate the goal of the meeting into smart and beautiful programme elements. And as a former hotel manager, he switches just as easily into the operational side of your event and you couldn't wish for a better host!
On the ice
Robert works as a generalist. Not only because he enjoys constantly exploring new topics, but also because, as an outsider, he can often ask different questions and listens differently from insiders. In preparation, Robert draws a lot of knowledge and inspiration from conversations with people in the field. Robert also likes to think along with you about interviews, propositions and working forms and helps in the briefing of speakers. For just a little while, he is a proud ambassador on behalf of your organisation!
Diversity at your event
If diversity is central in organisations, hopefully that translates on a stage too. Robert likes to commit to a diverse speaker line-up. A wide range of backgrounds puts issues in a broader perspective and creates recognition among an audience. A speaker with a disability, a diverse panel, a female keynote or who knows, an LGTBQI day chair: hhe deliberate invitation of speakers to the stage soon has a positive effect and sometimes sheds surprising light on things just like that!
The day of your event!
The time has come! The day of the event. Robert is there in good time to run through the script with you, the technology and the speakers. He opens every event with energy, in the right tone of voice and ensures a strong content kick-off. Time management is sacred to him and his antennae are out for a good atmosphere. A critical follow-up question when an answer is lacking or a tongue-in-cheek note to break the ice: with Robert, speakers feel heard and the audience experiences depth as well as fun!
