Context
Every autumn, the Mobile Health Congres takes place at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. The digitalisation of healthcare takes centre stage here. Industry, the research field and healthcare meet here to discuss innovations, but also the challenges involved in implementing them.
Output
Eight months before the actual congress, I accompanied a partner meeting. This was dedicated to the upcoming edition of the Mobile Healthcare Congress. Using interactive working methods, the partners determined the themes for the new congress to be organised. During the actual congress, I hosted the plenary programme together with Sabine Uitslag. I advised in advance in the set-up of a debate with 8 professors and another debate with 5 administrators and devised the propositions. During these debates, I provided live and digital audience feedback from the audience, while Sabine conducted the dialogue on stage. By having two experienced moderators supervise a debate, we were even better able to create a lively conversation in which the audience also played a central role and felt heard.
