Context
Lely is a Dutch manufacturer of robots and data systems for dairy farming, based in Maassluis. The company mainly produces machines for the dairy industry, including fully automatic milking, feeding and fattening robots. The Lely Group is a multinational company operating in 60 countries. The company is one of the world's largest patent holders in the field of agriculture.
Output
Every year during the Lely Future Farm Days, Lely organises a two-day event for employees, relations and chain partners. During both days, I moderated a number of sessions for Lely chain partners. During these sessions, vendors of Lely equipment from all over Europe, could get acquainted with new machines and innovations. They could ask live questions and were told how technology can contribute to improved sales and production. Each session ended with a short and light-hearted quiz on the knowledge shared.
