Context

Kiremko is a Dutch manufacturer of machinery intended for the potato processing industry. Kiremko designs, produces and installs both individual machines and complete process lines: from the import of potatoes to packaging lines for finished products such as chips, crisps and pre-cooked potato products.

Output

Every two years, Kiremko organises the so-called Kiremko Masterclasses for distributors and other chain partners from Europe and North America. Two editions, I moderated the day-long programme, during which, in the last edition, 11 chain partners explained the individual steps in the potato processing process in Kiremko's factory hall, during an impressive live demonstration show. In-depth workshops, under the heading "Factory of the Future", focused in particular on how data could be better shared throughout the chain in order to better align and serve the end customer. In the evening, guests were treated to an evening programme at the local cyclo-crossing event, of which Kiremko is a proud sponsor.
