Context
The European Hotel Manager Association [EHMA] is the most well-known association for hoteliers of 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe. They meet annually to exchange knowledge and experience during a so-called Educational Day.
Output
Together with hospitality expert Sander Allegro, I hosted the EHMA Educational Day in Paris. Under the theme "Luxury is Sustainable", several hoteliers, restaurateurs and trend watchers from Europe attended. From the audience, I took care of the audience interaction and fed back questions and reactions to the speakers and held polls to test the attendees' perception. Thanks to the well-prepared duo presentation, the audience felt involved and helped the speakers get their point across.
