Context
The CrossBorder Event takes place annually, bringing together online entrepreneurs and retailers to be updated and inspired about international business. The CrossBorder Top-30 prize is also awarded to the Dutch company that managed to realise the strongest turnover growth abroad.
Output
During the day, I hosted the plenary programme, not only announcing several speakers from online retail companies and hosting the Q&A with them, but also starting the conversation between speakers and audience. By using interaction tools, not only questions, but also plenty of challenges and ideas came up. Nice to see that conversations between audience and speakers, during the breaks, often continued and sometimes even business was done.
